Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
22-year-old James Ray Bell (Stuttgart, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, April 23, 2023.
At approximately 6:20 a.m. Mr. Bell was traveling south on Highway 67 when his vehicle (2014 Nissan Rogue) left the roadway near mile marker 45 and collided with the overpass. Mr. Bell sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
