Worker Fatally Struck on Hwy 13 in Humnoke

39-year-old Charles Glover (Jacksonville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

At approximately 9:55 a.m. Mr. Glover was the passenger in a work vehicle (1992 International) stopped in the southbound lane of State Highway 13. Mr. Glover exited the vehicle in order to fill a pothole in the southbound lane of Highway 13 in Humnoke when he was struck by a southbound vehicle (2024 Toyota). The Toyota vehicle fatally struck Mr. Glover before colliding with the rear of the International vehicle.

Charles Glover sustained fatal injuries in the collision. Additionally, 88-year-old David Snowden (Little Rock, AR) sustained injuries in the collision.
