Woman Struck on Highway 167 in Cave City
52-year-old Robert Carpenter (White Hall, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, October 7, 2021.
Shortly before 12:00 p.m. Mr. Carpenter was traveling south on Highway 365 between Redfield and White Hall. A northbound 18-wheeler (2016 Freightliner) attempted to make a lefthand turn into a private drive. The 18-wheeler pulled into the path of Mr. Carpenter’s motorcycle. Mr. Carpenter’s motorcycle (2013) collided with the left front bumper of the 18-wheeler. Mr. Carpenter was thrown from his motorcycle.
