Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Arkansas Wreck

64-year-old Rita Brooks (Batesville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, December 28, 2020.

At approximately 8:18 p.m. Ms. Brooks was in the outside lane of traffic on Highway 167 (St. Louis Boulevard) when she was struck by a northbound vehicle (1996 Pontiac Grand Prix).

It was the second pedestrian fatality of the day. Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
