Head-on Collision Near Big Lake Claims 2 Lives
43-year-old Preston Criswell (Menifee, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
At approximately 9:35 p.m. Mr. Criswell was the passenger in a vehicle (1999 Ford Crown Victoria) that was stationary in the westbound lane of traffic on Highway 64 near Morrilton. A vehicle (2012 Ford Edge) traveling west collided with the rear of Mr. Criswell’s vehicle.
51-year-old James Chatman (Mabelvale, AR) sustained injuries in the collision. Those injured were transported to Conway Regional Medical Center.
