I-40 Accident Results in 2025 Fatal Car Wreck
57-year-old Kevin B. Faughn (Paragould, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
Shortly before 3:00 p.m. Mr. Faughn was traveling south on Highway 49 in Brookland when his vehicle (2012 Fiesta) traveled across the centerline and collided head-on with a northbound vehicle.
