39-year-old Haley Foreman (Van Buren, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
At approximately 2:20 a.m. Ms. Foreman was the passenger in a vehicle (2019 Chevy Equinox) traveling east on I-40 near Van Buren. The Chevy vehicle veered off the roadway between mile markers 1 and 2 before striking a tree. Ms. Haley Foreman sustained fatal injuries in the wreck.
43-year-old Jacob Adian (Keller, Texas) was driving and sustained injuries in the accident. He was transported to Baptist Hospital in Fort Smith.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
