Head-on Collision on Hwy 167 in El Dorado Proves Fatal

25-year-old Shuvasceiaye Frazier (El Dorado, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, December 27, 2024.

At approximately 7:50 a.m. Mr. Frazier was traveling south on U.S. 167 in El Dorado when his vehicle (2013 Honda Civic) crossed the centerline. Mr. Frazier’s Honda collided head-on with a northbound vehicle (2012 Chevy Silverado) in the northbound lane of traffic. Mr. Frazier sustained fatal injuries in the collision.

28-year-old Rachel Duggar (El Dorado, AR) was driving the northbound Chevy vehicle and sustained injuries in the accident. Ms. Duggar was transported to South Arkansas Regional Hospital.

Road conditions were wet at the time of the accident.
