Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
37-year-old Eric Miller (Salem, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, April 3, 2019.
At approximately 2:00 p.m. Mr. Miller was driving a 2006 Honda Odyssey north on State Highway 9 near Mammoth Springs. As Mr. Miller’s vehicle reached the crest of a hill it crossed the center line and ran off the highway. The vehicle struck a tree and overturned.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
