Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
37-year-old Felicity A. Coleman (Forrest City, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
Shortly before 2:00 a.m. Ms. Coleman was a passenger in a vehicle traveling north on Washington Street (State Highway 1B) when the vehicle (2006 Chrysler Sebring) she was traveling in lost control while navigating a curve near Scott Street. Ms. Coleman’s vehicle struck a tree.
41-year-old Kendrick Coleman (Forrest City, AR) was transported with injuries to Regional One Medical Center.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
