29-year-old Alexa Montez (Little Rock, AR) and 29-year-old Blake Payne (Little Rock, AR) were fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Saturday, July 20, 2019.

At approximately 12:35 a.m. Mr. Payne was driving east on Rebsamen Road approaching the roundabout traffic circle that meets with Riverfront Drive. Ms. Montez was a passenger in the vehicle. The vehicle (2014 BMW 335) impacted the boulders located in the center of the roundabout and caught fire.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry at the time of the accident.
