Two Women, Marcelina Cox and Ofelia Reyes, Fatally Injured in Tontitown Collision

Tontitown police responded to an accident near the intersection of Henry De Tonti Boulevard and Old Highway 68, around 10:25 am on Thursday, December 21st. Marcelina Cox, 72, and Ofelia Reyes, 58, were both fatally injured in the two-vehicle wreck.

A third person involved, Trisha Caldwell, was hospitalized at Washington Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. Ms. Cox and Ms. Reyes were traveling in a Toyota Rav 4. Ms. Caldwell was driving a Chrysler 300.
