Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
52-year-old Tracy Parisho (Rogers, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Saturday, July 25, 2020.
At approximately 12:12 p.m. Tracy Parisho was traveling east on Pleasant Grove Road near I-49 when the vehicle (2004 Ford F550) left the roadway after crossing both turn lanes and both westbound lanes of traffic. The vehicle showed no signs of braking before colliding with a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
