Woman Struck on Highway 167 in Cave City
58-year-old Joseph Wilkins (Eastpointe, Michigan) was fatally injured in an accident on Interstate 30 in Miller County on Thursday, November 15.
At approximately 5:10 a.m., Mr. Wilkins was driving west on Interstate 30 in Texarkana when his 2016 Kenworth semi-truck traveled off the roadway and collided with several trees near mile marker 10.
