Greenbrier Man Fatally Injured in Hwy 65 Collision
67-year-old Roger A. Briggs (Sanford, MI) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Monday, September 14, 2020.
At approximately 4:50 p.m. Mr. Briggs was turning west onto U.S. 62 (Highway 412) off of State Highway 178. Mr. Briggs’ motorcycle (2006 Harley Davidson) collided with an eastbound vehicle (1992 Chevrolet pick-up truck) in the turn lane of Highway 62/412. Following the initial collision, Mr. Briggs’ motorcycle struck a second eastbound vehicle (1999 Chevrolet pick-up truck).
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
