1 Life Lost, 5 Injured in Springdale Collision on Sunset

65-year-old Kendal Rose (Springdale, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, October 22, 2020.

At approximately 2:53 p.m. Kendal Rose was traveling west on W Sunset Avenue when his vehicle (2007 Hyundai Tuscon) crossed the centerline and struck an eastbound vehicle (2008 Chevrolet HHR) head-on.

Traveling in the eastbound Chevrolet vehicle were five females: an unidentified teenage driver, an unidentified minor passenger, 18-year-old Stephany Lobatogil (Springdale, AR), 56-year-old Mirtha Roman (Springdale, AR), and 37-year-old Yomaris Roagil (Springdale, AR). Those injured were transported to Northwest Medical Center in Springdale.

Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions were dry at the time of the accident.
