71-year-old Keith Alan Russell (Hartman, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

At approximately 9:08 a.m. Mr. Russell was traveling west along the adjacent ditch line of County Road 2250 in Johnson County when he attempted to turn his vehicle (1992 Honda) left to cross the roadway but was struck by a westbound vehicle (2014 Jaguar).

Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
