61-year-old Jose Argueta (Van Buren, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, January 13, 2020.

Shortly after 6:30 a.m. Mr. Argueta was driving east on I-40 when his vehicle lost control crossing an icy bridge near mile marker 24 (Mulberry Exit). Mr. Argueta’s vehicle (2007 Toyota) left the interstate striking two trees before coming to a rest.

Road conditions were icy at the time of the accident.
