62-year-old Howard L. Carrithers (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

At approximately 7:20 p.m. Mr. Carrithers was traveling west on State Highway 60 near Perryville when an eastbound vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with Mr. Carrither’s motorcycle (2007 Yamaha X17) head-on.

Two unidentified minors were traveling in the eastbound vehicle (2001 Chevrolet Blazer) and sustained injuries in the accident.
