Fort Smith Intersection Wreck Proves Fatal on Saturday
Two unidentified male minors (Sheridan, AR) were fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.
At approximately 1:12 p.m. the two teenagers were traveling west on U.S. Highway 270 in Grant County when their vehicle (2004 Ford) left the roadway to the right striking a culvert. Their vehicle veered back onto the roadway and across the centerline colliding with the front end of an eastbound 18-wheeler (2014 Kenworth).
According to KARK, both teenagers were seniors at Sheridan High School.
Conditions were rainy and wet.
