Woman Struck on Highway 167 in Cave City
57-year-old Heriberto Nunez-Espinoza (Springdale, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, February 12, 2022.
At approximately 5:20 a.m. Mr. Nunez-Espinoza was driving south in the inside lane of Highway 265/S Old Missouri Road near the intersection with Commons Avenue when a northbound vehicle (2014 Chevrolet Silverado) crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Mr. Nunez-Espinoza’s vehicle (2007 GMC Yukon).
53-year-old Norma Nunez (Springdale, AR) was a passenger in Heriberto’s vehicle at the time of the accident and sustained injuries in the collision.
20-year-old Yobany Zambrano-Morales (Springdale, AR) was traveling in the northbound vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision.
