Wet Roads Lead to Fatal Jacksonville Car Accident

49-year-old Dwight Brown (Jacksonville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Saturday, February 6, 2021.

At approximately 5:07 p.m. Mr. Brown was traveling north on S First Street in Jacksonville when wet roads led to Mr. Brown’s vehicle leaving the roadway near Military Road. Mr. Brown’s vehicle (2008 Nissan Altima) struck a fence before striking a gas man, engulfing the vehicle in flames.

Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
