6 Tips for Sharing the Road with Large Trucks
We’re thrilled to welcome Conrad Odom to the Taylor King Law team.
He officially joined our legal team in January of 2024.
Conrad is an active member in his community having served on the Fayetteville City Council and Fayetteville Planning Commission (which he chaired and was commissioner).
Conrad has also served as president and board member of the Fayetteville Donald W. Reynolds Boys and Girls Club, as well as president and board member of both the Fayetteville Education Foundation and the First Night Fayetteville Board. Additionally, he was appointed to fill an unexpired term on the Fayetteville School Board.
He’s also involved in the Boy Scouts of America in Northwest Arkansas, serving as Cub Master and Scoutmaster.
Conrad has been practicing law in Arkansas for over 31 years. “There are so many great things about practicing law. I love the interaction with clients and the interaction with colleagues. It’s hard to pinpoint my favorite part of practicing law.”
Conrad’s father, Bobby Lee Odom, was influential in his decision to pursue a legal career.
“My father was an attorney. At a very early age he was telling me, ‘Son, you’re going to go to law school and practice law with me.’ I got on that path and it’s a path I stayed on, never strayed from. Had I [strayed], my dad would have been very supportive of anything I had chosen to do. But I saw his practice of the law, the work he did, the impact he had on the lives of clients – following in his footsteps was something I was proud to do.”
Conrad attended Hendrix College in Conway before obtaining his law degree at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
The thing that has him most excited about Taylor King Law? Conrad is eager to hold up that same model that Taylor has displayed with clients and his team.
“Seeing the care and compassion he has for his family, for his fellow staff members, for his clients – really, that’s what has me most excited about practicing at [TKL].”
Conrad grew up in Northwest Arkansas and has seen so much change over the years. “Despite all those changes, every town in Northwest Arkansas still feels like a small town to me.”
