Motorcycle Wreck in Searcy Proves Fatal on Sunday

30-year-old Casey A. Guthrie (Searcy, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, May 7, 2023.

Shortly before 8:00 p.m. Mr. Casey Guthrie was traveling west on Panther Creek Road east of Highway 16 when his motorcycle (2002 Suzuki) left the roadway to the right before striking a culvert and overturning. Mr. Guthrie sustained fatal injuries in the accident.

An unidentified 12-year-old female passenger also sustained injuries in the accident and was transported to Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
