Cyclist Struck & Killed in Dumas, AR
29-year-old Shane R. Garner (Rogers, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, January 17, 2021.
At approximately 1:52 p.m. Mr. Garner was traveling north on S. Walton Boulevard (U.S. Highway 71B) in the outside lane when his vehicle’s tires struck the curb. Mr. Garner’s vehicle (2002 Jeep Cherokee) then left the roadway before striking a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
