Cyclist Struck & Killed in Dumas, AR
39-year-old Keith A. Cessor (Brookland, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.
At approximately 5:55 p.m. Mr. Cessor was traveling south on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in Jonesboro approaching the intersection with Highland Drive. Mr. Cessor’s vehicle (2012 Honda) was struck by an eastbound vehicle (2006 Ford) that ran the red light at the intersection.
Mr. Cessor’s vehicle was then forced into a collision with a northbound vehicle (2017 Dodge) on MLK Drive.
34-year-old Brandon L. Sisler (Jonesboro, AR) and 39-year-old Alan P. Keller (Little Rock, AR) sustained injuries during the collision.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
