Cyclist Struck & Killed in Dumas, AR
57-year-old Ricky N. Holbrooks (Springdale, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, October 10, 2021.
At approximately 11:15 p.m. Mr. Holbrooks was traveling north in the middle lane of Interstate 49. Mr. Holbrooks’ scooter (Wolf Moped) was struck from behind by a northbound vehicle (1994 Ford). According to the preliminary report, Mr. Holbrooks was reportedly driving “with no lights on.”
Weather conditions were reportedly cloudy and road conditions dry.
