Vehicle Overturns in Creek During Fatal Conway County Wreck

41-year-old Nicholas Hammack (Morrilton, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, April 3, 2020.

At approximately 10:45 p.m. Mr. Hammack was traveling north on State Highway 9 when his vehicle (2005 Toyota Tacoma) left the roadway near Charton Road and struck an embankment before overturning in a creek.

Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions dry at the time of the accident.
