In law school, Ms. Davis served as Chair of the Board of Advocates from 2020 to 2021. Maggie was staff editor on the Arkansas Law Review and published writer of “A Quiet War: The Judiciary’s Steady and Unspoken Effort to Limit Felony-Murder.” Ms. Davis competed in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition making it to the final round in 2021.
Following law school, Ms. Davis clerked in the eastern district of Arkansas.
On why she chose to become a lawyer, “I’ve had the privilege of watching first my dad, Taylor, and then my brother, Austin, in this role and have always admired the care and attention they give to each of their clients. I’ve always found purpose and fulfillment through helping others, so being able to help clients navigate through often very difficult events in their lives is an honor.”
Outside of work, Maggie enjoys reading, training for races, and hanging out with her husband, Kyle, and their two dogs, Bradi and Hazel.
