Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
61-year-old Ricky Lowe (Pine Bluff, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
At approximately 7:45 p.m. Mr. Lowe was traveling west on Princeton Pike when his vehicle (2001 Dodge Ram) collided with a fallen tree near Boys School Road that was blocking both lanes of Princeton Pike.
Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
