27-year-old Tyler D. Wendt (Magazine, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, May 30, 2019.
At approximately 12:00 a.m. Mr. Wendt was the passenger in a vehicle (2012 Chevrolet) traveling north on Highway 109 North in Magazine. “For unknown reasons” Mr. Wendt’s vehicle left the highway and struck a tree before reentering the highway and coming to a rest in the middle of Highway 109.
21-year-old Jayla N. Weaver (Central City, AR) was driving at the time of the accident and transported with injuries to Mercy Hospital.
Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
