Arkansas Defective Product Attorney
When you purchase a product, you expect it to perform as it should. Unfortunately, thousands of people are injured each year by defective products. As a consumer, you have rights.
At Taylor King Law, we are committed to protecting your consumer rights and to holding companies accountable for the quality of their products. Defective product injuries often bring medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. We help get the compensation you deserve.
Defects usually fall into one of three categories:
- Design – A defective product may be poorly designed
- Manufacturing – Errors may be made during the production process
- Marketing – Proper labels and warnings are required for all products. Deceptive marketing omits important information.
For a complete list of recalled products and medical devices, visit the National Recalls site. There are several recently recalled products to be aware of.
Mesothelioma is a rare, aggressive cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. It can affect the lining of the lungs, heart, or abdomen.
Asbestos was commonly used in building materials before it was recognized as a health hazard. Many people were unknowingly exposed to this dangerous substance, and some exposure continues today.
Mesothelioma can develop long after exposure to asbestos, even 20 to 40 years later. If you have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, you may be able to file a lawsuit. While no amount of money can bring back your health, a settlement can help cover the cost of medical expenses and protect your family.
3M Combat Arms Earplugs (CAEv2)
Designed for military personnel, the 3M Combat Arms earplugs were commonly used in the U.S military for more than a decade. 3M claimed the design would allow soldiers to hear commands while blocking louder sounds like explosions and gunfire.
The Dual-Ended Combat Arms earplugs did not fit properly into all ears, allowing harmful noises to reach the ear canal. This led to tinnitus and hearing loss for many U.S. service members. 3M was aware of the defect and failed to warn the military of the risks involved.
If you or a loved one used 3M Combat Arms Earplugs between 2003 and 2015, you may be eligible to file a claim against 3M. Our team is actively filing claims for veteran victims.
JUUL E-Cigarettes
JUUL is a very popular brand of e-cigarettes. At least 6 deaths have been linked to e-cigarettes.
There are several problems with JUUL:
- The liquid inside a JUUL cartridge contains toxins, including glycerol, propylene glycol, benzoic acid, and elevated levels of nicotine.
- JUUL marketing seems geared toward young people, with fruity and candy-like flavors and active social media campaigns.
- JUUL may have failed to warn consumers about the health risks of e-cigarette use.
Taylor King Law is actively investigating and filing lawsuits against JUUL regarding vaping and addiction.

Paraquat
According to an extensive study outlined by Environmental Health Perspectives, there is a strong association between the use of herbicides and Parkinson’s Disease. Mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress are “pathophysiological mechanisms” tied to the development of Parkinson’s Disease. Additional research indicates that paraquat causes cell death via oxidative stress, further linking paraquat to Parkinson’s Disease.
While genetics has long been thought to be the cause of Parkinson’s Disease, researchers now believe that genetics accounts for only 1 in 10 cases of Parkinson’s. Over the past two decades, herbicides, including paraquat, have been considered a leading risk associated with Parkinson’s Disease. A study by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences indicated that farmers using paraquat were 2.5 times more likely to develop Parkinson’s.
Spinal cord stimulators are implantable medical devices marketed as a solution for chronic pain. While manufacturers promote these devices as safe and effective, many patients have suffered serious complications after implantation. Reported injuries include device failure, lead migration, infections, worsening pain, neurological damage, and the need for revision or removal surgery.
In many cases, these injuries occur because the device was defectively designed, improperly manufactured, or sold without adequate warnings about known risks. When medical device companies place profits over patient safety, they can and should be held accountable.
Taylor King Law is actively investigating spinal cord stimulator injury claims on behalf of Arkansas residents harmed by defective pain implants. If you or a loved one experienced complications after receiving a spinal cord stimulator, you may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and long-term disability.
