Highway 25 Wreck Claims the Life of Anthony Knuckles

25-year-old Anthony Q. Knuckles (Newport, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Saturday, February 27, 2021.

At approximately 12:53 p.m. Mr. Knuckles was traveling north on Highway 25 in Independence County when his vehicle (1999 Ford Ranger) crossed the centerline and collided with a southbound 18-wheeler (2004 Peterbilt).

No additional injuries were reported. Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions dry at the time.
