Minor Loses Life, 4 Others Injured, in Dryfork Crash

An unidentified female minor was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, August 21, 2020.

A second unidentified minor was injured in the accident in addition to 31-year-old Cassie J Riddick (Siloam Springs, AR), 23-year-old Glenn E. Chamberlain (Siloam Springs, AR), and 25-year-old Jacob Boardman (Green Forest, AR).

Shortly before 9:00 p.m. Mr. Chamberlain, Ms. Riddick, and the two unidentified minors were traveling west on U.S. 412 west of Dryfork when their vehicle crossed the centerline while navigating a curve. Their vehicle (2014 Honda Accord) sideswiped and collided with two eastbound vehicles (2012 Ford Transit & 2016 Nissan Sentra).

Mr. Boardman was driving an eastbound vehicle (Ford Transit) at the time of the accident.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
