55-year-old Robert Eugene Ables (Wichita, KS) was fatally injured in an accident that took place in the early morning hours of Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

At approximately 12:26 a.m. Mr. Ables was driving north on Pleasure Heights Road near Carefree Lane in Lowell, Arkansas when he lost control of his vehicle (2001 Chevrolet pick-up truck) and left to the east side of the roadway. Mr. Ables’ vehicle rolled over and according to ASP “the driver was ejected.”

28-year-old Remington Wayne Martel (Nome, TX) was a passenger in the vehicle and transported with injuries to Mercy Hospital in Rogers.

Conditions at the time of the accident were rainy and wet.
