Ozark Car Wreck on 3rd Street Proves Fatal

35-year-old Toby Dean Franklin (Ozark, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, April 23, 2021.

At approximately 6:47 a.m. Mr. Franklin was traveling south on Highway 219 (North 3rd Street) in Ozark when his vehicle (2010 Chevrolet) left the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. Franklin was transported with injuries to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith where he succumbed to his injuries.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
