32-year-old Quanita Barker (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in a pedestrian accident that occurred on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
Shortly before 5:30 a.m. Ms. Barker was crossing 12th Street on foot at the intersection of Woodrow Street when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle (2013 Dodge) on 12th Street.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
