Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
37-year-old Tannar Miles (Keiser, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, June 9, 2022.
At approximately 6:52 p.m. Mr. Tannar Miles was traveling west on State Highway 140 near Etowah. An eastbound vehicle (2021 Ford) attempted a lefthand turn onto State Highway 136 pulling in front of Mr. Miles’ vehicle (2013 Honda). Mr. Miles’ Honda struck the eastbound vehicle in the westbound lane of traffic.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
