63-year-old Regeneia Dugan (Hot Springs, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, January 19, 2026.
At approximately 1:55 p.m., Ms. Dugan was the passenger in a vehicle traveling east on State Highway 60 near Perryville. Ms. Dugan’s vehicle (2007 Chevy Impala) attempted to “pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone,” when the vehicle veered and attempted to return to the eastbound lane, causing the vehicle to rotate and collide with a westbound vehicle (2019 Toyota Highlander). Ms. Regeneia Dugan sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Additionally, 63-year-old Derek Dugan sustained injuries in the accident.
51-year-old Joseph Rowe (Perryville, AR) and 76-year-old John Magie (Perryville, AR) were traveling in the Toyota vehicle and sustained injuries in the accident. Those injured were transported to Conway Baptist Medical Center and UAMS in Little Rock.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
