Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
20-year-old Shelby Plumley (Pocahontas, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Monday, November 2, 2020.
At approximately 9:45 a.m. Ms. Plumley was traveling south on Highway 63 near Sedgewick. A northbound vehicle (2008 Chevrolet Truck) crossed the centerline on Highway 63 and struck Ms. Plumley’s vehicle (2019 Chevrolet SUV) in the southbound lane of traffic.
51-year-old Marty Champlin sustained injuries in the collision.
