Pedestrian Struck on Highway 67 Near Cabot

21-year-old Salvador Rivera (McRae, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, April 25, 2022.

At approximately 3:47 a.m. Mr. Rivera was reportedly walking in the first lane of Highway 67 North near Exit 19 when he was struck by a northbound 18-wheeler (2020 Freightliner).

Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
