Teenager Fatally Injured in Magnolia, AR Wreck
33-year-old Megan Rachel Johnson (Springdale, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on July 5, 2020.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m. Ms. Johnson was traveling west in a vehicle (2012 Hyundai Santa Fe) on Interstate 40 in Francis County when the vehicle lost control near mile marker 33 and left the roadway.
33-year-old Deron T. Johnson (Springdale, AR) was airlifted with injuries to UAMS in Little Rock.
Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
