21-year-old Ivan Puello (Paragould, AR) and 21-year-old Alexandria Snyder (Paragould, AR) were both fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, February 8, 2019.
At approximately 7:59 a.m. Mr. Puello was driving and Ms. Snyder was the passenger in a 2012 Nissan Altima traveling south on Highway 141 in Beech Grove. 53-year-old Regina Cox (Paragould, AR) was driving a 2011 Ford F-150 west on Highway 34. Mr. Puello’s vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of Highway 141 and Highway 34 and traveled into the path of Ms. Cox’s vehicle. Ms. Cox’s vehicle struck Mr. Puello’s and Ms. Snyder’s vehicle on the driver side.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
