ATV Accident Claims the Life of a Minor in Malvern on Saturday

An unidentified minor was fatally injured in an ATV accident on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

At approximately 5:35 p.m. the minor was a passenger on a 2012 Polaris ATV that was traveling north on Dyer Street in Malvern. The driver (an unidentified minor) lost control before the ATV left the roadway and struck an embankment. The Polaris ATV overturned several times before coming to a complete rest.

The minor driving the vehicle was transported to Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkadelphia with injury.
