77-year-old Lincoln Shields (Harrison, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, January 1, 2019.
Mr. Shields was traveling north on Highway 7 in Boone County at approximately 10:43 a.m. when his vehicle (2007 Chevrolet) crossed the centerline and left the highway colliding with a tree.
