61-year-old John E Noakes (Rover, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, December 16.
Mr. Noakes was traveling west on State Highway 28 near Plainview at approximately 3:16 p.m. Mr. Noakes’ vehicle (2008 Chevrolet Colorado) overcorrected, rotated and overturned submerging itself partially in a body of water. Mr. Noakes was ejected from the vehicle.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
