Cave City Collision Claims the Life of Brian Day

67-year-old Brian Day (Jonesboro, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, April 9, 2021.

At approximately 12:47 p.m. Brian Day was traveling south on North Main Street (Highway 167) in Cave City. A northbound vehicle (2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor) on Main Street crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Mr. Brian Day’s vehicle (2005 Toyota Corolla).

57-year-old Debra Day (Cherokee Village, AR) was a passenger in Mr. Day’s vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision. 45-year-old Sarah Estes (Ash Flat, AR) was a passenger in the northbound vehicle and sustained injuries. Those injured were transport to UAMS in Little Rock.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
