Teenager Fatally Injured in Magnolia, AR Wreck
77-year-old James E. McCoy (Little Rock, AR) and 50-year-old Michael A. Burkhart (Warren, AR) were both fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. Mr. McCoy was traveling north on U.S. Highway 63 near Woodlawn. Mr. Burkhart was traveling south on U.S. 63 when his vehicle (1999 Chevrolet S10) crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Mr. McCoy’s vehicle (2006 BMW 560) in the northbound lane of traffic. Both drivers sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
