39-year-old Steven T. Halley (Monticello, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, November 7, 2022.
At approximately 4:40 a.m. Mr. Steven Halley was traveling west on State Highway 274 in Calhoun County. An eastbound vehicle (2002 Chevrolet) attempted to pass two eastbound vehicles. When the eastbound Chevy vehicle entered the westbound lane of Highway 274 it collided head-on with Mr. Halley’s motorcycle (2002 Yamaha) in the westbound lane of Highway 274.
Road conditions were wet and weather conditions foggy at the time of the accident.
