Billie Russell Fatally Injured in Rogers Crosswalk Incident

35-year-old Billie Wix Russell (Bentonville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, September 6, 2021.

Shortly before 8:00 p.m. Mr. Russell was crossing S Dixieland Road in Rogers from east to west when he was struck in the crosswalk by a southbound vehicle (2009 Audi). The accident occurred at the intersection of Dixieland Road and W Olrich Street in Rogers.

Mr. Russell was transported to Mercy Medical Center in Rogers where he succumbed to his injuries.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
